April's Red Chile Colorado
  • 1 lb. cooked roast beef, shredded or cooked chicken, diced or shredded
  • 3 Tbls. oil
  • 2 jars Ol'Gringo Red Chile sauce
  • 4 oz. water
  • 5 potatoes, diced
  • 1 tsp. garlic, minced
  • 1/2 onion
  1. In a skillet put 3 Tbls. oil, add the shredded roast beef or shredded chicken.
  2. Add two jars Ol'Gringo Red Chile sauce , 4 oz. water and 5 diced potatoes.
  3. Add 1 tsp. minced garlic, ½ onion, diced and salt to taste.
  4. Cook, covered until potatoes are done.
