Chile Verde
  • 4 pork chops or 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup rice, (long grain)
  • 1 - 2 jars Ol'Gringo Green Chile Sauce
  • 4 oz. water
  • 5 potatoes, diced
  1. Put pork chops or chicken, diced and brown in skillet with very little oil.
  2. Add two jars Ol'Gringo Red Chile sauce , 4 oz. water and 5 diced potatoes.
  3. Cook Approx. 1 hour.
  4. Test rice for softness.
