Chili Con Queso Dip
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup. Mayonnaise
  • 1 can diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • Garlic salt to taste
  • 2 cups chopped Ol'Gringo green chilies (roasted and peeled)
  1. Put ingredients into crock pot and cook until cheese and onions are cooked.
  2. Turn down to low.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips.
