Green Enchilada Casserole
  • Ol'Gringo Green Sauce, (add 1/2 cup water to sauce) spread out 3/4 cup per layer
  • Corn Tortillas, (uncooked) 2-3 per layer
  • Onion, diced
  • Chicken Breast, cooked, diced
  • Sour Cream
  • 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack Cheese, grated
  1. Layer Ingredients into 8x8 Baking Dish.
  2. Repeat Sequence.
  3. Top with Cheese.
  4. Bake @ 350° until bubbly.
