New Mexican Posole
  • One jar Ol'Gringo Red Chile Sauce
  • 8 oz. water
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic Salt
  • One 29 oz. cans of Hominy
  • One lb. ground meat, browned or beef roast, shredded
  1. Assemble ingredients in crock pot.
  2. Add enough water to cover.
  3. Cook on low for 8 hrs or on high for 4 hours.
