  • 10 fresh roasted and peeled or frozen Ol'Gringo Green chilies, diced
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1 lg. can tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 garlic clove, minced
  1. Mix together ingredients.
  2. Salt to taste.
  3. Great for tacos!
